Frequently Asked Questions

I already have some kind of offer. Is this still worth it for me? +
If you've read this far and you're asking — almost certainly yes. Having an offer and having a sharp, High-ROI offer aren't the same thing. This is for people who want their offer to be more powerful, so they feel more confident, connect with more of the right clients, and close more of them.
I'm more of a consultant or coach than a facilitator. Does this apply to me? +
Sure! The problem this sprint solves is universal to anyone who sells expertise-based work.
I'm just getting started and don't have many clients yet. Is this too early for me? +
Nope! Actually the opposite. The earlier you get clear on your offer, the faster everything else moves. You don't need an existing client base to do this work, but this IS the foundation you need to build one. My dream is that you never have to say "I don't have many clients yet" ever again.
How much time do I need to set aside each day? +
The daily exercises are time-boxed and will never require more than an hour. The live content sessions on Days 1 and 5 run roughly an hour, with optional Q&A for anyone who wants to stay longer. The coaching and Q&A sessions on Days 2, 3, and 4 are scheduled for 90 minutes — but again, I'll stay a little longer if people want to. These sessions aren't mandatory, but ARE a valuable opportunity to get guidance as you go.
What if I can't make the live sessions? +
Not a problem. Every session is recorded, and the program is designed to deliver full value without attending live. Showing up live gets you more — but missing it won't set you back, and it should absolutely not get in the way of making this happen. To qualify as having "done the work" for the refund, watching sessions 1 and 5 is mandatory. (Whether it's live or the recording.)
What are these async exercises, exactly? Is it just video content? +
Nope! I've done too many online programs — and I bet you have too — filled with videos I never got around to watching… or watched at 2x speed assuming the info would somehow just sink in. That's not what this is. These are a unique kind of guided, facilitated experience that I've developed, where you'll do the actual work in real time with guidance built into the process. You'll understand the difference immediately, and I'm excited for you to experience it.
I've been to workshops and programs before and nothing stuck. Why would this be different? +
Most programs give you frameworks and leave implementation to you, somewhere down the road, on your own, maybe. This sprint IS the implementation. You'll build the actual thing during the week, guided step by step through a process designed to help you look at your offer from every relevant angle.
What happens after the sprint? Is there anything else? +
Yes! As I'll talk about more during the week, this sprint is the foundation for a larger program I run called the High-ROI Facilitation Bootcamp. I'd love to have you join that. And if you find the sprint valuable, I think you'll find the bootcamp even more valuable. But even if that's not for you, Day 5 includes a concrete action plan to help you keep the momentum going with the offer you've built, on your own terms.

What exactly counts as "doing the work" for the refund, and how do I request it? +
Full details are in the "Commitment Deposit" section above, but in short: attend Day 1 and Day 5 in any form, complete the daily exercises, and check in with me once during the week. That's it. To request your refund, just email me and share where you ended up. Because the exercises happen on the platform, we can confirm completion — and as long as you've done the work, we process the refund immediately. If there are any issues, just email me directly. Again, no gotchas or tricks. It's not designed to be complicated — it's designed to make sure this experience delivers the outcome you came for.
